SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping costs will be based on prevailing commercial rates for companies that ship non-flammable items and are prepared to ship items of a flammable nature and heavy weights where this is required.  These costs will differ accordingly or a purchaser. LVS Home will attempt to secure the best rate and delivery time available from a reputable carrier in both cases.

 

Customers will be advised of these details at the time of an online purchase. Otherwise, customers ordering by phone or email may be guided by indicative details found at this website.

 

The order will usually be despatched within 24 working hours once LVS Home has received a payment. A confirmatory email will be sent when the package is shipped.

 

Once payment is made against a purchase order and the shipping order is implemented however, LVS Home unfortunately cannot cancel the purchase order. LVS Home can cancel an order and make a refund if shipment has not started.

 

Please note that a signature is required for each delivery to confirm receipt of an undamaged parcel. Should you wish to request special delivery instructions without a signature because of your absence then LVS Home cannot accept claims for any missing or damaged parcel where there is evidence of a courier delivery. We arrange delivery to a business or residential address but we do not deliver to a PO Box or a Parcel Locker for security reasons. Additionally, Australian Post or its carrier will not accept any hazardous or flammable product.

 

With each confirmed purchase order, the purchaser will be advised of the courier’s web site to enable tracking the shipment against a shipping order.

 

If you do not receive your order by the period indicated via the tracking facility please contact LVS Home on … with your customer and order details and the shipping order. Please note though, that once a parcel is placed with a courier LVS Home cannot exercise control over the delivery.

 

Payment

We accept payment by Visa and Master Card but not by American Express or Diners card.

 

 

 

If payment is to be by PayPal, or other e-method, LVS Home will verify new orders to protect against credit card and identity theft as well as to confirm the shipping address. LVS Home will contact you to undertake a verification process. This process is designed to protect the new customer and LVS Home and may delay an order by a few days.

Returns

Australian Consumer Law governs the matter of returns. You are entitled to a replacement of a defective item or a refund for a major failure for any foreseeable loss or damage providing you return the item within 7 days of contacting us citing an order number and identifying the defect. The cost of returns will be at the customer’s expense.

 

Should you not be happy with your product for other reasons than indicated above, LVS Home will exchange it or provide a refund if the product is returned in its original condition, undamaged and unopened/unused including the outer packaging. The cost of returns will be at the customer’s expense.

If any of these terms are held to be invalid by any court then the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
